About Me
I believe most players have the potential to throw far—it’s just that everyone’s journey to get there is different. I tailor my coaching to each player’s goals and focus on correcting the most impactful issues holding them back. My approach often includes over-exaggerated drills to break old habits and build efficient movement patterns.
Changing form can be a frustrating process, so I make it a point to highlight what students are doing right—even when it feels like everything is going wrong. Encouragement, clarity, and a step-by-step approach are key to lasting improvement.

Additional Info
I started out playing disc golf as a tomahawk-only thrower. After six months, I realized I wanted to learn how to throw really far—and overhands weren’t going to get me there. I consumed hundreds of YouTube videos trying to figure it out, but eventually realized I needed a coach. That led me to Overthrow.
With the help of guided coaching, support from friends on the same journey (shoutout to Blitz and Nick Krush), and a lot of patience, I built a foundation that now lets me throw 500+ feet. That process didn’t just change my form—it shaped how I coach others.
I’ve seen this method work for myself and for others. The question is: are you ready for it to work for you?
